You agree not to upload or transmit any material containing viruses or malicious code. You agree not to use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, spam, or pyramid schemes. You agree not to collect or store personal data about other users.

Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, graphics, designs, AI models, and content displayed on the Money Making Moves Platform are the property of Money Making Moves or its affiliates. No trademarks or proprietary content may be used without prior written consent from Money Making Moves.

Money Making Moves does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or completeness of any data accessible through the Platform. Market data and financial information may be sourced from third-party providers, including exchanges, news providers, and data vendors. Subscriptions

Money Making Moves offers paid subscription plans ("Rookie" and "Pro") that provide access to additional features and services. Payment is charged via credit card at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Certain plans may offer a free trial period. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial period ends. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal in your account settings.

Service Availability and Maintenance

Money Making Moves may perform maintenance or updates on its servers from time to time, which may cause the Platform to be temporarily unavailable. Money Making Moves is not responsible for any service interruptions, outages, or data loss resulting from software, hardware, power failures, or third-party service issues.

Indemnification

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Florida for any disputes arising from these Terms.
